He's got a video of it. It's pink, and he likes to put the entire thing up his butt and then poop it out.

My guess would be for a totally excessive spare tire.

He has BBS CK, which are pretty nice.

Except for the hideous blue spray paint on them.

Matt should paint those CKs silver. Between those, the M3 wheels, and the Miros, the CKs were the best-looking ones. Not to mention they weren't reps, and didn't have mexipoke.

Matt really just needs to take off all his carbon fiber, replace it with some OEM pieces in OEM color, and paint this wheels the color they came from the factory in. Maybe add a little lip spoiler, if he wants, lol.

Precisely and FYI Mires a guy with a business selling wheels and tires told me today that he couldn't believe they were done ala rattlecan, that perhaps they could use some more clearcoat (true) but that I did an above average job. You just secretly bear the Mango gene and detest all cosmetic mods beyond clears/wheels/drop and its funny because your only criticism was that my color matched wheels were TOO downtempo in that they do not contrast with the body as chrome or silver wheels might. Truthfully I wouldn't have painted them at all but I bought them painted black, thus my ability to afford them.

So, Albeast, if you're willing to sell that at a decent price Id love to buy it from you as given the absolutely asinine conditions of the local motorways (in particular a certain rte 880 which, going through Oakland in particular, resembles something akin to a post apocalyptic nightmare, ironically) it would seem prudent and almost a sign from the gods that you happen to have the exact one I need/want handy.

Of course this also allows such that if I do get (another) flat I'll have a same-size spare such that I don't end up lumping on the 17inch oem issue spare and throwing off the handling of the car (I currently have one of my 19" Miros in the trunk for just this reason, along with my new Mason Engineering rear strut bar and JL Audio subwoofer, both of which were dubbed useless by Herr Mkodama, along with the CF CSL trunk itself, based on his oh so narrow viewpoint on what means of performance and aesthetic we should all conform to, though he was kind enough to help with install before hopping a jet to Dauchau for the weekend [a poor joke I know I'm sorry but can't you just see him in the Gestapo uniform revelling in the perfect shine of his not too big not too small super race jack boots?]). Thanks Mires!

So how much Albs? Lets make this happen... Seriously, please?

I actually agree with this and I'm thinking of taking to RMS for the lowcost powder coat treatment, perhaps a medium grade gunmetal color? I do fancy the idea of white but it's been done so much and oy so dirty all the time... I'm also going to have him further roll and pull my fenders to avoid FrankDangle Poke affect and perhaps even allow for even greater lowering of suspension (mostly for opportunistic use in hpde down the road).

You know I actually agree with losing the exposed cf Miles... Definitely would love to paint down the road after acquiring cf roof and fenders and perhaps bumpers... I'm currently think some variant of the German flag colors would be nicest, either a front to back orange yellow black with overspray style fade or 40-45% solid black/orange down the entirety of each side with a 10-20% yellow stripe down the middle. Wheels would likely go all black, or maybe reverse color matched black/orange or even yellow.

Does that tickle your aesthetic Mr Growing Up in a Gropius?

Really, just have your wheels professional painted a glossy bright silver, preferably as close to the original color they came in as possible. You have nice wheels, so show them off. Don't make them blend in with the road or look like like are covered in brake dust. Having the wheels bead blasted and clearcoated is another option that could work.
