jerks at low speed and transmission indication

I have 318I model BMW, recently it is giving me problems, initially the problem was about the leaking oil cooler, because of which the radiator cap when removed give muddy like solution, now the oil cooler is changed, and the system is completely flushed and new oil serviced. Now after this new problem has pop up.The transmission indication is on next to the gear number, plus when the car is decelerate from high speed to low speed around 10-20 KPH it jerks irrespective whether the brake is applied or not.
I checked it through the computer and it is giving two components faulty, the Air flow sensor plus the O2 sensor ,plus the hose and intake manifold gasket seems to be leaking .

Can any one of you have any suggestion regarding this,as the two components are expensive and i don,t want to replace them and then come to know there is something else ,because of which the problem was.
