Confirming thread size - rear muffler hanger

Good morning -

Have an 06 330ci, just want to confirm the nut size on the rear muffler hangers (2 bolts on each side, total of 4) are M8 x 8mm ?

Got flagged down this morning by nice gent who told me my rear muffler was waving up and down, obviously detached. Got under car and ALL FOUR nuts were off ... I recently installed a UUC SSK and removed rear exhaust, but swear I bolted them back up! Kinda weird for all four to come off, though.

If someone could confirm nut size, will get some nylock nuts.

You can get OEM nuts and use blue thread locker. That will keep the vibration from shaking the nuts off. Also, make sure you torque them properly.

Which one of these nuts is missing?
