My job was hit by Hurricane Sandy. LOST 1000 trucks, and was under 6 feet if water for 3 days. They lost 10's of millions of dollars in equipment. Guess what? They answered emails from cellphones, ipads and copy center computers for 3 days.

I know an efficient company when I see one.

I have great respect for people who defend our country. I also have to utmost sympathy for what happened with Sandy. And I do not wish to continue this debate any longer.

But the fact is that you ordered the parts on a Friday. The company does not do business on weekends. As well as holidays, which was yesterday. Now since this is the first official business day of the week, i'm sure your order will be processed accordingly! All I was trying to say is that khoalty has been good to me and many other people on this forum. Bashing on them because you didn't receive your package immediately the next business day, even though it is being shipped across the entire country is the only problem I see.

Anyways, didn't mean for this to get out of hand. Sorry if I have offended you, but just giving my opinion. Good luck with you CSL trunk search

i don't think anyone finds it out of the ordinary that it's not there yet. but not getting a response about it is not good. so you said you sent numerous emails, have you called the store direct yet?

I already have a CSL trunk. If you do not see a problem with a company ignoring your email than I am sure there are many substandard companies that would love to have your business.

BTW, there's a specific section here for sponsor feedback. It gets more attention from sponsors there, and less attention from mods here for posting stuff in the wrong section.
