EML Light Issue

I just took out the disa,ICV, cleaned both also cleaned the throttle body and I cleaned the connectors as well, I'm gonna go head and clear the code and see what I would in the next couple of days , keep you guys posted

So here is the deal .. I cleaned the ICV, the throttle body, the disa, and the MAF sensor .. Let everything dry then drove to the gastation to get gas which is not even half a mile.. All three lights come on... Ugh so aggravating.

Sucks man. Were on the same boat. Im doing the job right now.. I have 2 icv in my hand my original and a used on from another car. I shake them and i can hear both of them opening and closing but my original sounds different than the new (used) one.. It sounds like its "looser" . Im not sure which one to put back in my car?

I had the same thing happen to me once before, it was cool night out and i was running the car hard, EML light came on aswell as the Traction Control light when i downshifted to get off the highway. The car ran like crap while trying to accelerate. It did not accelerate very well at all. Parked the car, read the code, same as yours, turned the car back on and it was gone. Weird tho. Never had this happen before and it has not came back on since then, 2 months ago.

I honestly don't know which one , don't even know how loose it should be but I am going to change the ICV to a new one .. And if that doesn't help then I have no idea what the problem is

I changed mine to a new one and it didn't help :/

Just curious, what intake/air filter do you have ?

I have the stock elbows with aftermarket filter directly connected to the MAF , would that makes any diff?

That might be the problem there. I am coming to a conclusion that some intakes/ filters are causing this and many other problems.
I also have an aftermarket intake.
Try going back to your stock intake and filter see if that fixes anything.

I will try and do that and will let you guys know what happens , anything new with anyone ?

Looks like a few of us have the same problem. My eml light came on after I replaced my MAF. The first time it went off the car was running horribly, barely staying alive. After I let it sit and cool down for an hour it was fine. Since then the eml w/ limp mode would only come on when I hit 6 grand. Ive googled this and found this link. They mentioned that it was a tube that failed and after replacing the car ran fine. Any thoughts?

the last 3 are all related to dsc system, you have a bad wheel sensor, need an indy with carsoft or the like to find which one

the cel, is prob the bad sensor code

The three lights come on after the fourth or the fifth gear and to be more specific, when I'm cruising .. Idk im leaning towards the throttle body

Yup. I was driving at a constant 40mph.
Now its coming on more often than last week.

Yes mine is doing exactly the same thing :/ throttle body ? Did you repackage your ICV ? Do you a check engine light on ?

It might be throttle body. But i never touched mines. Im pretty sure my icv is fine i cant see anything wrong with it. I always have my check engine light on because i have aftermarket headers. But my eml, traction, and yellow brake light come on at the same time.
I also have aftermarket intake so im going to try to get a stock one to see if that fixes the problem.

Man you have exactly what I have.. I mean EXACTLY ... Aftermarket headers and aftermarket intake .. And ICV seems very clean and nothing is wrong with it .. I am leaning towards the throttle body, do you have any programming done ?

EML usually relates to Throttle body. Flaps may be getting stuck by built up gunk. Remove throttle body and clean both sides of the flap with tb cleaner. If that doesnt work then your tb may be faulty. It could also be your pedal sensor if your tb is drive by wire and not mechanical.

I still haven't fixed the problem btw. I figured I need a new tb but its so expensive
