But honestly just price it a little lower than all the rest for sale in your area and it will sell.

Any chance at turning it into a street legal trackday / autocross machine? You don't have to throw lots of $$$ at it, just sell the bits you don't need to get some coils and tires and be on your way!

It looks like an auto from the pictures I was sent. Which is not the end of the world. But for a track car it would require a transmission swap.
