2004 M3 White/Cinnamon, So-Cal, NEW LOWERED PRICE!

UPDATE 2/22/14

I've decided to part out the car to make it more attractive to buyers. I posted a part out thread (http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=1026036). The car will not be sold with the parts listed on that thread. If a buyer is interested in purchasing the car, prior to all listed parts being sold, the price will be adjusted accordingly. However, once all listed parts have been sold, the NEW ASKING PRICE IS SET AT $21k I will keep the original post up for reference.

Here's an update on the airbag light issue mentioned on the original post. This is what happen: I went to get the light inspected and it reported a faulty airbag, passenger door. I inspected the bag and it was confirmed. Replaced it with functioning bag and then tried to have the light re-setted. The technician was unable to. He said "its not letting him". Don't know if its his tool that doesn't allow it, or if there's still another problem. His tool still says the passenger door airbag is malfunctioning. I don't feel like putting more money into figuring out what the problem is.

If you have any questions or concerns, please send me a message. I'm more than happy to help you. Thanks.

ORIGINAL POST:
I finally found a car that I absolutely love driving and it almost pains me selling it.This car is super fresh. The leather interior is super silky smooth; I've cleaned it with lexol once a month. Car will come with AUTHENTIC BBS LM wheels. 19x9.5 front and 19x10 rear, Bilstein Coilovers, Strass Lip, CSL trunk, CF mirrors, CF side vents, CF skirt extension, and Megan Exhaust with titanium tips. Got the tint done at Promax in Alhambra. Car has only 58K+ original miles on it. For a car this age, that is LOW!

SMG, Navigation, Seat warmer, Aux input for ipod.

The ONLY issues with the car are two very common problems that happen to M3s. You can search the forum for yourself and find lots of posts about these two problems. First, is the up-shift SMG paddle behind the steering wheel does not work all the time. This is very common to occur since it is used the most. I've just been using the center console SMG shift stick. Second, is the airbag light is on. Again, this is very common and it usually is the passenger seat sensor. I have not gotten it checked to confirm the actual problem however.

NO SMG PROBLEMS AT ALL!

The color combination and package make it a rare find. If highly interested, please message me. Clean and Clear title. Registration paid until Feb 2015. Asking $25k cash!

Please email me at osolokes213@yahoo.com. I forget to check this site more often

Smg doesn't jerk in manual mode and has been reliable to me after 107k mi and counting. I would not hesitate in getting a smg

Thanks for shedding some positive light on SMG lol..I actually enjoy it myself...nothing compares to the feeling of driving stick, but this is probably second best to that...

Nice ride my friend! Personally, I love the smg...you can play around with it whenever u want and have an almost manual car feel, but if your hands are occupied or u simply don't feel like shifting in stop-n-go traffic, u can flip it into automatic and not worry about it. I use mine in manual mode 95% of the time because it's just so much fun!! GLWS!!

i have my 06 m3 in smg. the SMG is a good system, 65 K miles so far and shifting rock solid. I think SMG suits this car, the legendary Europen CSL is also SMG.

ok, after much request from other members, here are more pictures and more info on the car.

I am the 3rd owner. I've owned it since August of 2013. Reason for sale is cuz I don't drive it much and I would rather get money to invest in some other non car related projects. The car is super smooth with no weird noises at all. Considering it has bilstein coilovers, the ride feels smooth and would rub very very very very minor and only on BIG jumps. As stated, I have not felt any lag in shifting from the smg. As far as I know, the smg pump has not been replaced. The previous owner gave me some paperwork, but nothing major was reported. Since I've owned it, I've only put about 1.5k miles. So in that amount of time i've owned it, that's very little. The oil service reminder still says 6k more miles to go. I have not done any maintenance in the time that i've owned it since I havent had the need to.

The front BBS rims have been re-barreld to 9.5 and the look is just amazing. You will definitely not find many M3s with these specs. I added 12mm spacers in the rear (they might be 10mm, I dont remember exactly) in order to be even with the front rims. No traction control problems with the rim and tire setups. For future reference, I highly advise to keep the same tire size and width. I experimented with a few sizes and there were traction issues. This is the best size for the setup. In the pics, it looks like the rims have curb rash, but I assure you it is not and that it is just grime that I haven't taken the opportunity to clean up. It comes off with some polish.

In one of the pictures you can see some scuffs in the rear bumper. According to the previous owner, he was lightly rubbed by a car in some parking lot. It was done while he was not there. When I polished and clay barre the car, I was able to remove all markings. All that is left are the deeper stuff, which is very minor and not really noticeable, since you'll be distracted the entire car.

I can't think of anything else to say at the moment, but if you have any specific questions, please post on here so that other members can see it as well and I'l answer to the best of my ability.

Sorry in advance for the pictures i took. It is trash day today and there is no parking available in the street so that I can take the other cars out and bring the M into the light.
