My Ride: makes my pants tight
Mike and the folks at thebmwpartstore.com are the best prices (on average) and absolute best service I've ever received in my years here. I'm sure there are plenty others who can back that claim.

Do some searches on all the aforementioned sites and you'll see some negative feedback as a bare minimum. Then search for feedback on Mike and I bet you'd be hard pressed to find ONE.

BMA is the best. Prices are usually lower than anywhere else, free shipping on any order of 50, and if you use the code specE30 at checkout they give you some kind of discount. It's the only supplier I've found that gets me my parts by the end of the week. I had been ordering from pelican, but now I won't unless BMA doesn't have what I'm looking for.

See. I've said it before and I'll say it again. All these little guys need to up their game. I still don't know who the F Mike at the Bmw Parts Store is. I just typed in thebmwpartsstore.com and came up with some random Geocities page from the 1990s that says under construction. Did I leave off an S? did I add an S? They all blend together along with bmwmercedesparts bmwpercedespartsweb bmwpartssource bmwpartsource bla bla bla bla. I don't know WHO is who and WHO is taking my money. Something needs to be done if they want my business. I don't know who they are so I won't be giving them my money. It's VERY confusing. They need a clear identity.

So you're telling me Tischer (getbmwparts) doesn't sell oem?

BMA was stupid fast shipping and it was free. Really like those guys. Getbmwparts is good too. Little more expensive tho

I make it a habit to try new stores as long as there are enough (positive) reviews to take a leap of faith. That said, I've had a chance to try a few. My personal favorites :

OE -
thebmwpartstore.com

OEM -
bmaparts.com
rmeuropean.com

No thanks, bad experience -
bmwpartssource.com

Neutral, either because of price, so-so service, etc. -
ebmwparts.com
pelicanparts.com
ecstuning.com
rockauto.com
getbmwparts.com

Exactly. Tischer sells OE. Not OEM. Getbmwparts is "a little more expensive" because they sell OE parts.

I can't speak highly enough of BMA Parts. I send an email with a tonne of parts numbers, they send me back options and prices. I spend two weeks going back and forwards tweaking everything and trying to fit it under $1000 and they are totally patient and on the ball. It gets packaged up within the day and I get a shipping quote and it gets sent the next day totally approved.
Gets here in a week, from across the ocean!

thebmwpartstore.com - absolutelty the best online vendor I've used. Prices are much better than Tischer's (especially after shipping), and Mike is pretty much THE example to follow for customer service. I won't shop anywhere else for Genuine BMW parts.

Ignoring them because of a potentially confusing URL is just a waste of money. I've been using them exclusively for about a year now, and I've saved hundreds over other dealers.
