usually I don't write reviews as I'm understandable that sometimes a product can take a bit longer to process and shipped. However I order product on 7/25/12 10:23 AM. It has been 14 business days and I have not heard from them. I have email and receive no response. I order a product - 12907571019 - from their website. And yes they give free shipping, guess that's what it mostly attract me from buying from them instead the other websites I usually purchase and have always been there communicating right away with me but this one has been the worse of the worse. My credit card was charge right away and they send me one of those automatic emails saying my order will have free shipping. Also in the email it says.

That's the last email I got. Now I'm just wondering as how they are not responding my emails and no one seems to give me a heads up on when am I going to receive my item. At least send me an email telling my if this item will be backorder and how long will it take? Like the worst time of communication towards the client.
