I used the Beisan seals for my VANOS too. I'm starting to wonder about the engine to trans seal? Would this be a big job to do?

^^ how significant of a difference did your low end acceleration improve after the vanos seals replacement? Does the tach climb faster? And did any of you guys have slight idle issues before the seal repair due to the worn seals?

I did notice some, but not that much low end acceleration. It dose pull a little harder when I push it, like when I'm on an on ramp on the interstate.

You're talking about the real main seal?
What do you think?
Picture dropping the transmission out of the car.
Right up there with removing the intake manifold in terms of jobs you'd want to avoid most.
