FSR, Temp Sensor, Low Freon?

Hello fellow bmw lovers!!! got a situation I hope someone could enlighten me about. A while back my ac would blow cold air but then started to pulse the amount. full blast to very little to full blast to very little... then finally stopped blowing completely. I did Research and just replaced my Final Stage Resistor With an OEM Berh one... worked fine for a week now it is doing the same thing again. Could it be the FSR again, or low Freon... it does feel like it needs a charge.. I live in Austin Tx and its extremely hot here. Climate control set to 73 should feel pretty chilly, but right now its refreshing. any ideas would be great!!!

I would take it to shop as well when it comes to AC.
