Bsw customer service
I am not trying to go out of my way and say they are terrible but I sent in my subwoofer for fixing last September and I still haven't gotten it back... I have called them and they said they would have to check and get back to me. I haven't gotten anything. I have emailed them multiple times inquiring about the progress but since the sales people are clearly not very close with the build warehouse they forget? How do I get my sub back???

This should never happen. Do you remember who you were talking with? If someone dropped the ball I want to get it resolved. Please shoot me an email and I will work this out for you tomorrow.
