Carbon Black OE Bumper, decent shape, off an 03, comes with the foam for use with the kevlar.

Interested in the headlights. Can you tell me if it comes with the HID kit and which angel eyes you have in them, does it have the holder for the ballast on the back of the headlights? Also, are any tabs/clips broken. I just want to make sure these aren't the $200 depo lights on ebay.
