Good A/C refresh deals, pls?

Hello BMW Experts!
Does anyone know of any good a/c refresh deals in Brklyn or Queens?
I think I just need a little topping up. It's been a while....

TIA! Murf

I'm actually thinking about recharging mine also, I've been searching the forum for DIY's. Looks pretty simple and straightforward!

No, I'm looking for a shop to do the job at a good price. The can-o'-freon method only gives you one gauge to work with, while the pros use a three gauge check.
Since I probably don't have a leak (never have had it topped up in ~ 6yrs & it still works pretty well), I want it optimized for the comfort of me & my demanding back seat occupant. I've done some googling but haven't come up with any specials or deals.

you can still buy those hoses etc. for about $40 bucks for everything and do it yourself and have for future use or go to any random shop that does it and they should do it for about the same. At least that's what it was when I did it a year or so ago on the old car..

Thanks CK,
With this latest heat wave, I think I'll search for a good shop tomorrow.
Since I don't have leaks, having a shop do it well seems like the way to go for me.

We do it but unfortunately, I think I am a little bit of a hike for you.

Anyone can hit me up if they need help. The right way to do this is evacuate anything in your systems now, inject some dye and recharge the coolant. The dye will confirm or deny any leakage.

Hi Tommy,
Thanks, but you're in Joysey!
But as you said, I want the proper refresh of oil & Freon, so a shop is best.
