coolant issue

before anyone chews my ass, i know search the forum and after the first post i knew what to search for. thanks vandyinc!

i know there are like over one hundred post and threads on this but i have a specific question, i have a leak at the top part of the radiator where it actual connects, my question is, do i need to replace radiator or can i just buy a new connector (if thats even possible). Also was wondering if there is a quick fix until my parts get in (already order everything to redo cooling system), please see attached photo. thanks guys, happy driving!

I know of a few radiator shops that can replace side tanks, but I have no knowledge of how reliable the replacement is. Personally I would go with a new Rad.

got the rad coming in... hopefully next week! New to working on my own car (the DIYs here are awesome) but yeah was just trying to see if i could do something to stop the leak till then. I am not over heating just going through a lot of coolant.

my advice: don't drive the car until you get new parts in. if you're leaking coolant, that coolant will be displaced by air. air=overheat.

How did I know that a coolant thread would have Mango in it.
