E46 M3 WTB: clean 6MT coupe

What I need:
Coupe, no convertibles
MT, no SMG
Clean and well maintained, no projects
No ZCP
A fair price

What I want:
Laguna Seca Blue, Phoenix Yellow, Imola Red (no black, silver, gray)
Black interior (cloth may be OK, cinnamon is OK, generally prefer NOT to have gray)
Cold weather package
Memory power seats would be nice, but not required
Some mods are OK, depending on what they are, but I will prefer relatively stock vehicles. Generally no SC, turbo, lots of body mods, etc.

I'm located in Spokane WA, but for the right car I will fly in and drive out (say 1500 miles or less). For me to consider shipping, it has to be perfect.
