need help setting the time clock?

I disconnected the battery for repair purpose. Then, I reconnected the battery and noticed that the time became 4 dash (- - - -). I tried every bottom but none of them worked. Anyone knows how to set the time clock.
Thank you.

Toggle to your clock setting, and gently turn your right stalk on the cluster.

Then download the manual

I thought I would emphasize this. Be very careful! I haven't personally broken mine, but it seems to be a common problem.
