WTB: e46 wagon/touring manual, sport - mid-Atlantic

Hi all, this post is hardly original, so please forgive me. I'm looking for an e46 wagon with sport package and manual transmission. Would also look for cold weather package, but other options are less important to me.

Preferences would be for black or gray interior.

I've owned an e46 before, so I am familiar with them (plus two other bimmers), and I'm not just "window shopping". I'm in the DC metro area, but would be willing to travel a bit for the right car.

H. I have a 2000/1 e46 325i manual wagon, silver on black. I bought the car because it is 100% manual. Transmission, Seats, a/c, etcetera. I had a pre purchase inspection done to evaluate the engine and body. No rust, and the shop that did the prepurchase called the engine the "cleanest" non enthusiast valves he'd ever seen. I bought with 82k miles, now car has 120k. No one other than me has touched it since. I upgraded to an m steering wheel. Car came with a dumb sport steering wheel originally. Solid ride.
