Intake hose crimped...any help please?

Hi all,

I've had an authentic Gruppe M intake on my '04 330ci for about 9 years now but something's always bothered me. The OEM intake hose immediately behind the filter has always been crimped and looks like it blocks off about 50% of air coming through it. No tears and never created any issues, but I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to fix or replaced it with a slightly shorter one possibly.

The Gruppe M kit was specifically made for my 330, and has been installed properly, but the fitment is so tight, that when it's in place, it forces that hose to crimp. the hose is not a straight one, it is creases like an accordion from the factory for flexibility and still gets crimped.

Thanks for any help!

Try match up to random hose and cut to fit. Can u get replacement hose and cut it down to fit straighter?
