2002 330i help

I have a 2002 330i and i have been having a problem with it for the past 4 months now. What happens is that ill have the ac on low or high doesn't matter and after about anywhere between 15mins to 45mins of driving with it on the car starts to shake when idle like at a light. I've tried turning the ac off and it still shakes for about 15mins then it will stop....does anyone have any clue on what my problem might be.

Check the fan.
