328 exhaust setup

so the first "box" is the cat converter right? a second one is resonator and the 3rd one is the muffler right?

Can I do this:

y adapter from the headers, after the angle put a high flow cat, and then a high flow resonator and then a magnaflow muffler?

what is the in pipes size form the header and what is the biggest pipe size I can go with coming out of the Y adapter? I read it somewhere is 2.25 in from the 2 pipes connecting to the header, and the outlet size is 3 inches right?

I think your cats are connected with your headers

cats are in your headers. just remove the back resonator and muffler. if you get catless headers it will make your car very loud
