E46 M3 2002 M3 Conv **66.5K mi** 6sp MT Oxford Green II/Cinnamon factory loaded ++

I saddddly have to part with my M3 Convertible. This is a rare, LOW milage, head turning E46 in fantastic condition! This is my personal summer driver; the car has only seen snow once & was fully detailed following. 99.99% of winters it's been in my insulated garage under a car cover. Oxford Green II on Cinnamon (my understanding is 1/2 of 1% of ALL E46's were built in this combo).
Current Upgrades since I became the owner around 42K mi:

EXTERIOR (all installed around 57K mi unless otherwise noted):

• New Custom ForgeStar F14 wheels, Gunmetal finish; 18x9 front/18x10.5 rear (3/20/12; retained BMW Double M wheels); ForgeStar only makes wheels AFTER the order is placed; these were custom made for an E46 M3. There is one, less than 1/2" sized, minor curb rash on Front Right outer lip, otherwise they are PERFECT.

• New Sumitomo HTZR III rear tires (3/13/12)

• New K/N cold air induction (3/19/12; retained factory air system)

• Angel Eyes (3/25/12)

• LED license plate lights

INTERIOR:

• New drivers side window control switch

• New Alpine 75Wx4 amp for new Boston Acoustics component front door speakers

• New Kicker 250w amp for new JL Audio 8" sub (all audio components were professionally installed)

• Re-covered factory arm rests

• New passenger front window regulator @ 44K mi

FACTORY & POST PRODUCTION OPTIONS:

• Winter package incl. headlight washers, rain sensing wipers, dual front heated seats

• Premium Package incl. Harmon Kardon Premium Sound System (I retained the factory receiver when I replaced/added the speakers mentioned above), Bi-xenon headlights, dual front power seats w/driver side 3 pos. memory, sport driving mode, steering wheel audio controls

• Stability control

• Traction control

• Front/passenger/side/rear airbags

• BMW Parrot/bluetooth hands free interface

• BMW iPhone/iPod interface

Black, power soft top is in near-factory condition & works flawlessly! No holes, wear spots, tears, rips or otherwise, inside or out!
Will include Bentley manual ($100+), wind deflector ($450+) & BMW OEM car cover ($350+). All scheduled maintenance preformed; Mobil 1 5W-30 & new filter changed every 5-6K mi (just changed at time of listing). It's not a perfect car, no 10 yr old driver is... the front bumper will probably need to be painted & it will need new front tires before next summer, other than that it's in great condition w/NO DASH LIGHTS OR ELECTRICAL ISSUES (known of) whatsoever! CLEAR TITLE IN HAND & I need to sell it immediately - family needs a SUV w/good mileage. Additional pics avail upon request.

I've arrived at my asking price as follows:
Colorado KBB in Good condition = $17,289; NADA Clean Trade-in = $14625; average of the two = $15,957 - a VERY fair asking price. If you want both sets of wheels included, price is $16,750. I will happily include all factory replaced systems/parts AND extras I've mentioned for either option!
Test drive/inspection arranged after proof of funds/ins. The car is located in Elizabeth, CO - 28 mi Southeast of Denver.

New owner got it 148pt inspected @ Schomp BMW & all they could find was it needed new belts within 10K mi & the headlight washers leaked 'a little'.. all else was perfect

He got one helluva car - atheistically AND mechanically!
