E46 M3 Wtb: Autodimming rearview mirror

Alas, my auto-dimming feature has gone to sports car heaven. Yup, my liquid is leaking out. I need a new mirror soon.
If you have one, I'd love to have it.

Also, while you're here, I also need the little button/cover that goes over the switch to adjust the angle of the power driver's seat. Do you have one? In grey? Mine fell off somewhere/sometime.

Another part that has fallen off is the plastic cover that surrounds the fog light on the passenger side. If you don't know what I mean, I post pics tomorrow.
