Fuse box
I have got a e46 touring on a 51 reg and a window fuse keeps blowing and sparking in the fuse box switchs look ok but still a spark in fuse box any body had this before and what was the cause of it thank you very much from Steve

If it keeps blowing the fuse, then you have a short somewhere. It could be the switch itself internally and the switch would look fine, it could be the hot wire is either shorted to the return wire or the chassis. Check at both ends of the connections and along the whole wire if you can find it. If it only blows when you activate the switch, that's where the short is and you will have to change the switch.

Thanks I have did connected both switches tonight and the fuse keeps blowing so I take it it's going to be a wire some where then any ideas where to look first
