Question 100,000 mi Maintenance

I have an 01 325i MANUAL Trans

What should I do for my 100,000mi Maintenance?

I am also having TROUBLED COLD STARTS! - Stalls in the mornings, fires right up throughout the day...
Could this be bad Spark Plugs?! (Platinum Bosch Plugs about 40,000mi ago)

What I've done:

Fuel Filter
Intake Air Filter
Cabin Air Filter
Cleaned Throttle Body
Lucas Fuel Injector Cleaner
Added (not flushed) Coolant

Is it worth flushing my coolant? Should I replace differential again (changed about 40,000mi ago)?

Do you think new plugs could solve bad cold starts?

So your fluid just looks like automatic transmission fluid? Keen eye you have.

I use Red Line MTL. Happy with it.

no the manual transmission does not take just any oil.
it is filled with a BMW lifetime synthetic Manual Transmission Fluid. it will be marked on the trans fill plug something like MTF LT-1 or MTF LT-2(newest MTF). there are some other specialized high grade fluids that can be used as a substitute. But BMW MTF is really good stuff for our bmw transmissions.

Plugs should last way more than 40K miles.
About time for diff fluid.
Check your DISA, clean ICV, check vacuum hoses.
