Under headlight trim ?
What headlight trim is this? I've tried googling it but couldn't find anything.
I'm talking about the one under the headlight.

If you are referring to the facelift-look of the trims where the inner area is flat instead of curved, that is stock headlight trim that has been modified. The first to do it was ///OSS I believe.
