Take that back...just saw the actual unit...it's a bit small and my furniture may not fit...I might be back to square one. You would think that I could find a decent studio/1-bed for $2300-$2400 a month.

EDIT: They gave me a slightly larger unit and it's done.

Congrats, Beacon Hill is a great location. Would be a walk to work for a lot of people, myself included.

Yea, it's about a half mile walk to everything. I take a free shuttle from North Station to work, so it's not bad.

I noticed you have an LSB M3 too. What do you do with it during the winter?

I put OEM 18s with Blizzak LM-60 tires on and drive it when I want

I take the T to work so it sits parked most of the time.
