Mounting an AMP in a 'vert

I have a problem.. I want to add an amp in my E46 'vert but there isnt much space. I am looking at a Diamond D5 300.2, which is 12" x 12.5" ... the problem is the space against the back seat is only 9" high with the roof stow down... where else can I fit it, since I want to keep access to my spare...

Can anyone recommend any other amps that are as good, but small enough to fit here...

Here's what I did in my vert... Keep in mind that the M3 doesn't have a spare... I have enough room to put my golf clubs in the trunk still...
