Guibo & Gbox Mounts
While my blown water pump and a few other things were being replaced on Thurs, I was told I need these asap.
Quoted $98.54 and $42.74 plus labour. Before anyone says it, I have searched. Was wondering if I can get these cheaper from somewhere and what brand is best to put in? Cheaper on pelican parts but can't figure out shipping costs on my phone. Part numbers on quote are 26111227410 and 23711137817. I did find a DIY for the mounts, and my pa said he can do those. To anyone who has done this themselves, is it easy enough? Is there a DIY on the guibo somewhere? Any help is appreciated.

I think the $98.54 is for the guibo and $42.74 is for the g/box mounts, labour is extra on top that she hasn't posted.

It is a straight forward job but also one of those crawling under car annoying ones. |

Sounds like a good price. They may as well do the centre bearing while they have it all out, unless you can do that Guibo without dropping the exhaust?
Hehe my E34 transmission mounts cost $6.95 each

![]() I wouldn't give a damn about cost if I wasn't up for tyres, and insurance tomorrow. Thanks for that, will grab a bearing too. Might as well while we're under there.

Yep, highly recommended to do the CSB whilst doing the guibo.
Good luck!

The video said something about torque specs. Does someone have a list of which parts need it and what specs?
