Couple Angel Eye questions– help!

Please don't rage at my noobness,
I'm just trying to solve a small situation and I need help :S

So earlier this week I ordered some angel eyes off of eBay. The kit included two low//high beam ccfl angel eyes with two inverters and some wiring. After attaching all of the said wires together, I am left with 2 pairs of positive and negative wires...

I have tested the ccfls and they work phenomenally; but the only way I have them connected is through my positive and negative terminals on my jumpers and in which case they never turn off even if the car is off, SO

1. How should I wire these things up?
2. And I was thinking that if I'm going to need to splice them, how would I be able to connect them to my fog lights???

Please help meeeeeee

Not gonna be much help because I didn't do it. But mine are hooked up in the fuse box I believe so whenever the key is in the on position they come on.

Looks cool because even if the light aren't on, the angel eyes light up the road pretty good.

Hmmm I've looked over the link and I can kinda see what he's doing...

Would I be able to run them off of my fog lights if all goes to crap??
