Sunroof jammed :(

Yesterday I went to open my sunroof (with the manually operated roof slider underneath it retracted) and evidently that sliding part was a little too retracted and I didn't notice the sunroof pulled it into the retracted area with it and jammed on it about half way in. It's jammed quite solidly there with the force of the manual slider against whatever is underneath it holding it in place and cannot move either way (it's about half open) with the sunroof motor or by manually trying to turn the allen key thing near the sunroof controls. the slider is also just too far in for me to easily reach it with my fingers and it seems it's quite firmly lodged there by the fact that I can't move the sunroof.

It's on a '99 E46 sedan, anyone have any ideas short of pulling the inside of my roof off?
