Nonsense! Regardless, something tells me you'd have absolutely no problem getting shredded

I haven't been able to really work out for three or four weeks...actually had a dream last night about deadlifting.

robbing with a sword is a good thing

Yep, it's official. You are suffering from the itis. I hope that you return to business as usual soon bro. Good luck with your test.

Dude, you can get it within a matter of months (..you're already at 350 lbs....what's another 55?). It took me 2 months to get from a comfortable 225 lb. dead lift to a comfortable 405 lb. dead lift. If I can do it, you can too!

Fair enough. I'll change my goal date to the end of February.

365x4 today. That's after t-bar rows and hammer strength pulldowns since I was waiting for rack.

Pretty happy with that since I've stalled for awhile. Should of switched to over/under a long time ago.

^ pfft using straps

figured out my deadlifting dizziness... only occurs when I stand up & step away from bar. So pretty much I was forcing myself to do singles by stepping away from bar, not doing that anymore and no issues.

Dead lift increases are slowing down now. I'm increasing weight at a slower rate now that I'm over 420 lbs. Here's where the real work begins.

damn, 420 is a lot for sets of three. I did 405 for 3x2 and it was rough today.
