I'm going to keep switching it up. I like getting that "beaten down feel" from the high reps and then ending with a few reps at a heavy weight.

I seem to top out on the 5 rep max lifts so I decided to try high rep to get my form better and a better beat down. We'll have to see how it goes.

I think that helps develop the supplementary muscles that maybe are lacking (core etc) when you go over 90% 1RM... no clue if thats true or not but makes sense to me

that's exactly what I do. I drop down and work back up and it's some of the hardest decisions I ever make lol.

same... got stuck on squats and bench, went back down and now I'm well above where I was originally. Now that I've seen results doesn't hurt to do it, but at first it was definitely really hard to do... you just want to push as much weight as possible

I've lost 26lbs (not by choice) since August and haven't deadlifted since then. Went to the gym today and got 315x5. That'll work.

Did RDL's today 315 x5 for 4 sets and superset it with 225x10
Maybe it was 6 and 12. I can't remember
