Looking for a window tint shop in nj...

Im in new jersey for a couple months and am looking for a shop to tint my windows. I see other cars with good/heavy tint and i envy the privacy and sun protection they get on the highway. Our cars are pretty low and without any tint someone passing by can practically see everything in the car..

I was thinking about 30% for the front windows and then maybe 20% in the back...what about reflective or metallic tint?

Thanks fellas

where in Jersey are you going to be? I had my last car done at Auto Creations in Raritan. They use Johnson film, and guarantee it for life.

Top Of The Line Tint in Lodi. Phil is the best around, hands-down.

I typically go 20% all around. Dark enough to looks great, and light enough to still be able to see at night.

Place I went to was $180 for coupes, and $220 (i think) for sedans. They use Johnson films, which is reportedly better than 3M. Per the owner of the shop, he used to use 3M, but even 3M didn't warranty their products for life, and he found that 3M tint started to fade around the 5 year range. Since switching to Johnson films, he has had lifetime warranty coverage on all his work, and states the film didn't start to really fade until about 10-12 years down the line.

Tropic Tint--1449 Stuyvesant Ave, in Union.

Every new BMW from like three dealers around them take their cars to Tropic. The guys, Alex and Frankie have each been tinting over 20 years. They do perfect work.

Then you can stop next door at IMG and say hello for me!
