That isn't true. I spoke with Employee Accounts last week and could have ordered my phone then. The only reason I didn't order the phone is simply because I'm not 100% sold on it yet. Yes it will require a new contract, but that's inconsequential. I've been with Sprint since 98-ish. I'm not going anywhere!

Buy SGP screen protectors (Power support and green onions supply are also good protectors). Probably the best out there in terms of clarity, cut, and feel. They were also available before the launch and so I got them in the mail the same day my phone came in.

Just going off what a close friend told me, since hes the ASM at a local Sprint store... But I agree, I've been with Sprint for about 5 years now and I'm not going anywhere either! I've always been happy with their customer service and the monthly rate is fantastic compared to other providers!

I'm having the same issue with the 5 that I did with the 4.....I don't get emails of pictures that I send to my email address. Is there a filter or firewall I need to relax? Picture texts to my friends work just fine.

I've found that must local managers have no idea about the intricacies of employee accounts. The information is always conflicting and they mess stuff up (..ex: a month ago they told my g/f that she couldn't have a 4s and keep her EA. One quick call.....fixed! ). That's why I always call employee accounts directly.

Yeah, Sprint's prices beat the competition by far. I've never had a problem with their service either.

I'd pay about the same with mine from Sprint. Actually less because the iPhone nullifies the $8 equipment replacement insurance due to having to purchase Apple Care. My bill is $60 monthly after taxes, etc. with my Nexus S. The plan will be the same with the iPhone.

ive said it before and will say it again: this is not a "premium" device. it may have good build materials but the quality of said materials is sub par. looks like this could be said at least for the first batch of them

Can you let us know how this case holds up over time. I'm particularly interested in if the cutout by the camera will attract lint/dust/etc. since it uses an adhesive to attach to the phone itself.

been using mine without a screen protector and bumper. no scratches on the screen so far.

i think the build quality is great. i dont have scuffings on the sides either.

its a phone. its bound to scratch. ill probably install a screen protector later on once i decide on what case to get. the bumper is just temporary.

Gorilla Glass 2 is very strong and scratch resistant. Unlike the other components (back and sides) the glass is a known quantity, and is stronger than (the already scratch resistant) original Gorilla Glass was.

So clearly you do not baby your phone. Or maybe a TROLL scratched it!

That is going to look grimy as hell in short order.

Anyone have a yellow tint on their screens? It's very subtle, more like the screen runs warm.

I noticed my replacement phone has dingy whites. Compared side-by-side to verify. Going to genius bar to see what they say.
