Does the Z10 have the notification LED still? I always thought that was a cool feature.

It can do that without a jail break.
It's in accessibility.

Accessibility only flashes once if i recall correctly, at least when i used it.

You can set the intervals for when the camera flashes for messages when using the jailbroken tweak to say maybe every 30 seconds if you have an unread message.

Cydia ain't working

how the hell do you connect a bluetooth device to an ipad? it says paired on my phone but the ipad refuses to connect to it or something

You can only pair your BT with one device. If it says paired on your phone, then it's connected to the phone.
You need to disconnect from the phone before the iPad will connect.

i disconnected everything but the ipad and it still doesnt connect. is it because i cant type in the passcode or something? never had to do that before with anything else though

You might have to reset the headset. I had one and I guess it had a limit to how many things it could connect to. It was in the user manual on how to reset it, and after I did that, it worked fine.

Hah. iCal is clean.

I haven't fully got into using my phone as my calendar yet.

I like this better than iCal though.

Reset the bluetooth, not the phone lol.

Mine could pair with up to 5 things (I got it used), and when I got the bluetooth it wouldn't connect. Reset it (30 second process), and it worked great!

bluetooth was reset. the problem is on the ipads side. oh well, pos just doesnt work

Also LTE reliability/availability seems to have decreased with 6.0.2. That was a sh1tty upgrade.

In extreme cases, we are seeing bad battery life on iOS 6.1 that drains the battery to almost 50% in less than six hours.

We are also hearing reports of sub-par signal strength on iOS 6.1, with users saying that the 3G signal is worse on iOS 6.1. Reports on Apple's Support Forums don't single out one carrier or device, but we've heard that the AT&T iPhone is experiencing signal issues for at least one reader.

I'm on 6.1 and battery life is fine for me. Slightly less than 6.0.1 (which was the best battery life for me), but there are so many variables it is effectively the same.

People complain about this every time there is a new update. What is probably happening is that people or the phones are backing up/restoring/syncing after the update, and the battery is draining as a consequence of that, not the update itself.

I think the only legitimate complaint was for 6.0, as there was a problem where it would switch to LTE even when you had wifi when you were asleep. 6.0.1 fixed that problem.

However, I did notice the same problem once when I was on 6.0.2. The battery life overall was fine, but it showed LTE when I woke my phone up and I was connected to wifi. So I'm not sure if the problem crept back in.

I've gone something like 2 days on standby, and 8-10 hours of usage. Wifi most of the time, but the phone wasn't babied otherwise. I just use it when I need it. That includes leaving it unplugged overnight while I sleep.

I have noticed that on 6.0.1, it drained maybe 1% overnight, but now it is 5%+. I am running trillian now, though, so it's an uncontrolled for variable.

But I wouldn't call 1% to 5% "essentially the same". It's 5 times more (on standby).

Battery life got better for me? Whiners jk
