Who even transfers anything over the USB cable anymore? All my stuff is cloud based. Music, pictures, contacts, files, etc. all stored free and synced wirelessly across account on PC to phone to tablet to new phone or what have you. Isn't this what iCloud does as well?

As long as phones had wireless charging, I wouldn't even need a plug at all.

No other good way to get large videos on/off. Using wi-fi sync for things over a gig sucks ass.

Keep hating. Apple's been feeding Google gps data for 4 years to help build those same maps. The internet needs an open mapping platform more than it needs an "open" mobile os. Here's proof. Apple's going to pour money into improving these.

If you have a G router then yea. A dual band N shouldn't be too bad. An AC will bring it down to just a minute or so. Soon enough the tech will be there...

I don't think wireless-n in a phone would beat USB if you put the phone in top of your router. It also rapes the battery to transfer something that large. The only time I load video is when I'm getting ready to leave my house, so I'd want to top my phone off at the same time, not eat 5% immediately. Android users are used to never plugging their phone into their computer because they don't have a standard program like iTunes that handles backups and syncing. Maybe Samsung will shove 802.11ac in one of their 5" phones.

So...looks like the powder coat is wearing off the antenna bands on the black ones ...so uh...get the white one.

I just can't understand why Apple chose not to incorporate the proper hardware for simultaneous voice/data on Verizon/Sprint. I really wanted this iPhone, but I use simultaneous voice/data all the time.

I just checked my apple orderes and it says shipped.

google it.. I remembered a lot of people saying that they got it to work. Some of my friends say the same.



This iOS is huge 4GB. If you get a 16GB phone, you are squashed down to a 12GB phone. lol

Nope, I ordered through Apple with their store app on my phone (I have Verizon).

I ordered one for my sister too on the 14th at like noon. At the time I was ordering it said delivery would be 9/28, now its changed to 10/5. Sucks for her
