What is the real cost of a OEM M3 CSL Airbox

So I am contemplating to give my m3 zcp a csl make over, to start with I am more leaning towards the CSL Airbox. I know they are rare to get but as far as prices are concerned, what is the real cost of it? I know there are a few available out there as of now priced around 6K? I mean I do not want to break the bank or out of rush spend a huge amount of money on something which If I try hard could get at a fair price.

thanks

Currently you're looking at around $6495.95 for the 6 speed version (all parts needed to install, less tune) or $6599.95 for the SMG version (once again this is everything you need to install, except the tune). I have the two packages avaible HERE.

VAC Motorsports sells an incredibly well made replica:

As far as I know, Active Autowerke makes the Alpha-N tune for that.

To much damn money unless your car is paid off and you desperately love your m3

I see, this certainly is a complete set. Also do you have the front bumper or would you know the cost for the oem one. I couldnt possibly use my existing one with it right? Another thing is I recently got my car, it has 50 K miles on it but a very clean one. The previous owner has had some sort of modification to the exhaust system. I think the headers or something, Im not really sure. Would I have to turn it to the OEM kind if I am going for the airbox? thanks

I would suggest either ..csl box and csl items to be rare/special or just do other mods. No real reason to buy those items to be honest.

You can use your stock bumper with the CSL air box, but it's not optimal. I have my guys checking with our BMW EU contacts on availability of the genuine BMW bumpers for you.
