Car not low enough

My e36 m3 is on bilstein shocks and h&r springs i want to lower the front. The ride is nice and stiff and sporty. Id like to keep it that way. I have about 2inches between my tire and the fender. Which springs are recommended to lower it about an inch?

Anything. No one can truly answer that question because it depends on budget, personal preference, intent of use.

Well id like the same ride as h&r springs. It is stiff as hell. If im lowered, i dont want the car to be jumpin up and down so the fender would rub on my tire.

Im not tracking. Just looking for a nicer stance.

Budget is flexible. I am considering a used set of coilovers/springs.

If your not opposed to used, look into a set of used Ground Controls or Bilsteins. I also highly recommend BC's, new, and choose your own spring rates for $950.
