Looks like a good job but do some close up in the sun and around the seals and windows etc I want to see how the finish looks, what colour was your car before? was it faded or had scratchs to cover it or just wanted a change?

I still want pics of a wash after a dirt-road drive.

Was the cost of getting your mtech front bumper sprayed the motivation to dip the car?

I wonder if that stuff would make it through a Chicago winter?

I like the look but wow, I sure as hell don't have the patience to do that myself. Nice work!

You sir are a maverick. The amount of patience and time that must have taken... kudos to you.

For the Kidney strips look at Bimmian.com, they are on there. cheap as well, also with interior strips and wing, if you like that, but the kidney strips do look good, (on an M car).

Not a fan of the plasti dip scene neither but it turned out alright! Some decent rims and a drop and your gold!

Obviously plasti dip doesn't last long even if it's done right but wouldn't using some adhesive promoter help with the peeling over time or could this maybe be clear coated over with legit clear? I've never had a chance to play with this stuff yet so I'm just curious lol

Plasti-dipping a car is actually quite the opposite of time and patience.

I'm like this close to just priming my car with Benjamin Moore primer and then going over it with an Exterior Flat or Satin finish.

My problem is I can't decide what color would look good. I'd be rolling it on, so hope I'd get a slightly pebbly texture. I know it would hold up...it holds up on houses...why not cars?

What color you think would look good?
