Depo LED Coupe Tail lights

Hey all,
Just wondering if the DEPO led taillights come with any back plate for the inner trunk? I've seen one picture of the inner trunk and I see have no cover with the ugly innards hanging out exposed. Can someone post a picture for me?

Main reason I want DEPO led's is because they do not have the ugly black liner around the edge of the rear lenses that Eagle Eye led's have since it would stand out like dogs balls on my Alpine White coupe.

My only other option would be to hack something together with my old set of bulb holders (I have 3 sets of the black plastics bulb holders) or open for any other ideas from you guys.

And before i get flamed for not going for OEM LED's which I lust for, my car was built Jan 2001 so my LCM cannot be programmed for the OEM LED Tails.

I installed mine yesterday. They do not come with backings. Also youll need one pair of stealth bulbs as well, unless of course you enjoy being egg yolked up. Besides those two things though, they are quite good.

What do you mean egg tolled?

Could you please post pics of them from different angles

"Egg yolk" is the name for when orange bulbs are visible in clear lenses. You can see what I'm talking about in the second pic. This can be easily eliminated by ordering a pair of stealth bulbs, they are silver but flash orange. Khoalty has them for really cheap.

I honestly don't know. I tried to see if I could replace the stock interior trunk light cover but it doesn't fit at all. I might just leave it, no one ever really sees the inside of my trunk anyways. If you zip tie the wires into one braid it would probably look much neater than mine, that may be the best you can do.

Are you happy with these so far? I'd like to pick up a pair but I can't seem to find many people who have given feedback on them...
