Please help...i need to know what's missing.

I recently acquired a 2002 M3 Convertible and I'm undoing what the previous owner did to the sound system so I can upgrade to Bavarian Soundwerk system with Dynavin Nav system. This car had the OEM "Business" system. When I took the car apart I saw a few things missing; this is a pic of behind the driver-side rear seat. I can tell there was something there that was removed. Can anyone help?

I believe that is where the BMW OEM amp is located. Good luck. Most people seem to go the direction the previous owner did by upgrading the stereo system to non BMW products. These weren't good years for BMW and good sound.
