Best Price for E46 Key

Lost my car key with the remote and im looking to replace it. Called a few dealers and the price is all over the place, anyone able to get a key in SoCal for under $200?

I know Peter Pan bmw in Burlingame in the Bay area is 179 with tax I believe. Why not get a valet key?

I ended up getting one for 163$ after being nice to the parts guy at Sterling. Why not just get a valet key? 1- I allready have one 2- It doesnt remote lock/unlock doors and open/close windows
