![]() Honestly those two guys physiques are VERY attainable easily, if aesthetics are your goals. Post up your diet (BE HONEST) and lifting routine. Best way is to find a routine that works for you, not a copy/paste routine. As long as you're hitting Squat, Bench and Deadlift consistently, and hard you'll see gains. Start with the compounds, finish it off with Isolations. Start with Bench, then Incline bench, then dumbells, then flys, then cables if you can still move your pecs. Same thing on legs, Squat first, then isolate the individual muscles after giving Squats the bulk of your effort/power. |

Right now I've been following dabears routine. I was tracking my diet with the my fitness pal app untill my Iphone broke. Ill be getting a new one today and will post the diet by the end of the week

I'm definitely seeing gains in muscle size. Especially arms and chest, I have incorporated more ab exercised on the rest day

Ok time to get this thread back on track. I'm sorry for the lack of updates, I've been following the workout deadbear posted!
I also started to clean up my diet yesterday, Ill post my daily meals and hopefully you guys can help me figure out if I'm heading in the right direction

What di you guys think?i am now attempting to drop my body fat percentage before the summer months as I am pretty satisfied with my muscle size.
