How the heck do you get these guys to email you back? I've sent 2 emails(sales@khoalty.com) on the 9/8 and another on 9/10..its now the 20th with no response.

Phone Number? We sell for a low profit, to keep over head down we do not have full staff on the phones. We feel email is the best way to communicate, and we reply same or next business day.
