They'll fit, you just might have to roll the rear if you want to run larger than a 245.

E46 M3 offset for a 9.5" wide rear should be ~+22-27mm

they do not fit at all, i put the rears on my 320ci and it completly sticks out of the quarter by about 1cm if i even hit a bump will destroy the panel, they do have 265s on them tho

The wheels are definitely not M3 fitment, issue could just be your tyres... But even the 265 should still fit?

in that case the offset you quoted is wrong man.

no way that a 40+ offset is gonna stick out of your 320ci....

+1. Your problem is someone has sold you a M3 offset set of wheels. So the rears will be 9.5" with something like a +25 offset
