Thumbs Up E46 M3 owners in Silicon Valley

I just moved to Sunnyvale to work at NASA down the street. I took my car recently to BMW & Mini Service German Motor Specialist, and they were nice. I was wondering if anyone had any particular recommendations for BMW maintanence before I pick one and stick with it.

Also, I saw 3 M3's where I live in Lakehaven literally right down the street from me (2 on my street, 1 on an adjacent street). One has a turquoise color that I feel like I've seen on these boards before... Reveal yourselves!

Good to hear from fellow m3 owners in the valley,

I have 05 m3.
I am too looking for a "shop" for my m3.

I need to get Ins-II done. Also need brakes.

I have heard good things about Bavarian Mototsport in Milpitas.
http://www.yelp.com/biz/bavarian-motorsport-milpitas.

year+ ago, I had taken my car to German motor Specialist for oil change. They seem good. still want to know if there are any other places good for M3s.

BTW, any recommendations for Tire-shop in south bay?

We only learn how to build things like Intrepid-class starships, star destroyers, and Mark II Colonial Vipers. The internal course "Primitive Land-based vehicle design" was cancelled due to non-interest.

+1 Sent a friend there to get some subframe bushings pulled and they seemed very nice to do business with.

Roselli in San Jose is very capable and honest. They work on Ferrari and Lambos, and will do m3 also. Better prices than dealers.

My Ride: 2003 M3
E46 M3 owners in Silicon Valley

Hi folks,

I just picked up a 2003 M3 with only 24,500 miles for $26.5k.

It's gorgeous Topaz Blue/ Black, 19" BMW rims, Recaro, Prim sound, sun roof and best of all stick shift.

I'm interested to hear is anyone has a recommendation for either one two brands listed below, or any other brands for around same price:

Tires:
Hankook Ventus V12
Bridgestone, Potenza, RE760 Sport
F: 245/35/19
R: 275/30/19

Thanks a million.

- Ara

Great service! They won't nickel n dime you. I've been bringing my M3 to BMS for two years now. Check out they're reviews on yelp.

Both good tires with about the same properties. If you want the best tire, get michelin super pilot sport. The Hankook is pretty cheap though.
