repairs on my car should start soon.

this guy from Momentum bmw's bodyshop called me today. said damage done was $5,000. He said they will start working on it once I sign some form...He said for every thousand expect 6 days of work....

dame, thats like a month and a half of repari time! how much labor will that amount to!!! hope ur insurance is coverin everythin.

insurance is paying for everything... I had to pay a $250 deductible....once its done Ima pay for an adjuster to judge how much my ride devalued... should cost me $400, but he'll tell me my car devalued $5,000, so I'd get that. looks like I wont have to use my own money for mods this round...

Hope everything will work out for you

That's pretty cool if your insurance will cover the devaluation of your car. More cash for mods!!

I have a question: Doesn't sound like your car was declared a salvage vehicle, so does the next buyer of your car know that the car was involved in a major accident? (assuming everything is fixed properly).

thats a good question... I would think it would go on the title, but my friends car was in a similar sititution and it didn't show up. Sucks for me though, I was planning on selling my car in a few years. guy at the shop said just let the next buyer know where it was fixxed at.... momentum is a really good shop in houston.
