You got lucky with those kidneys..when i ordered from them I truly regretted buying my kidneys there..they came put together and I battled for hours to try to take them apart so i wouldn't break them and when I did separate them one still unhooks every time I open my hood(mold must of been a bad one)..worst mod with what seems to be the worst company at the time, glad they got it right..for me it was unfortunate

I dont have xenons. The lenses are Bosch and fit perfectly. As far as the gasket goes I didn't replace mine, it was in great condition still. However it doesn't hurt to take the headlight assembly apart before hand and examine the components to see if anything needs to be replaced.

I know EXACTLY what you mean. At first every time I would close the hood the right side bottom clips would separate. Luckily they don't do this anymore.
