]WTB[ E-BOX cover.

The other night I felt an urge to access my ebox while parked on the side of the freeway.
Using the most suitable tool in BMW's thoughtfully supplied tool-kit, namely the tyre brace I energetically smacked the top of that ebox several times. Its tough try it. This is not something I would recommend you do at home. Get out where the general public are and make a scene. Basil Faulty was an inspiration.

Anyhow my car spends so much time with the bonnet open that some magpies have started putting twigs in the holed ebox. I don't want to cart the extra weight around (especially if they lay eggs in there) so would like to replace the cover.

If anyone has a loose cover or possibly the entire ebox I would gladly remunerate you for it. Please, it is nesting season.

Thanks Jall, I did search ebox and ebox cover, DME even. ECU box... I should have known.

Looks like the maggies are back in the trees.

Get that cover on asap, you don't want moisture getting in there.
